Ethnic Indian Wear
In India Bandhej is one of the famous fashion wears that mostly people use on special occasions like parties, marriage and festivals. Bandhej is a type of tie-dye practiced that is a very important part of Rajasthan and Gujrat state. It is also called Bandhani and this word is made from Sanskrit word banda.
We can see bandhej designs in girls and ladies fashion wears like lehangas, designer sarees, Salwar suits, skirt. Bandhej is famous for its different look and colors and it is not only liked by Rajasthani people rather in all over the country. Bandhej creation is not a very easy process and if you apply bandhej techniques on your saree and suits then firstly the fabric is dyed in one color and then folded to a quarter of its original size and then start knotting designs by hand and marked, this fabric is tied not be dyed. It’s a very long process but it makes your fabrics look different and beautiful. This type of sarees are not heavy as others and people can easily wear ethnic Indian wear.We can use different colors to dye their fabric is black and red and other colors are like, brown,  yellow, blue, pink, green, orange and turquoise.

Many designers use this fashion and apply different work like pearl work, Zardosi work, Zari work, Kundan work and patch work on sarees with some special single tone, two-tone or multiple and vivid colors. This type of art is used mainly on cotton and others are georgette, crepe or muslin.
